Heather is a Chartered Town Planner with nearly 20-years public sector development management experience.
At a senior level Heather has successfully negotiated large residential and commercial schemes in both urban and rural locations.
She has extensive experience across a range of applications, appeals and has appeared at both Enforcement and Planning Hearings and Inquiries. Nowadays, she focuses on securing planning consent for MM Surveyors’ clients on many challenging schemes. As one of the founding Directors she focuses on marketing and HR for the company.
