Schedules of Condition

We produce a comprehensive descriptive and photographic schedule for our clients where there is a need to record the condition of the premises, internally and externally (for example, at the start of a commercial lease).

Our report serves as an accurate record that can be referred to in the future to protect the Tenant and Landlord at the end of the lease term.

A Schedule of Condition may also be required simply to ascertain accurate information on the current condition of a building or part thereof such as the roof. This information can assist with planning for maintenance works.
