MM Building Surveyors prepare Reinstatement Cost Assessments on many types of buildings, from self-contained commercial units to large residential estates with multiple high-rise Blocks.

If necessary to do so we would visit the building to take check dimensions and obtain specific information required for our assessment. We are members of the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) and using the current industry data we can make an accurate assessment in accordance with the RICS Professional Standards.

Our report format is clear and succinct, cross-referencing to a calculation spreadsheet and reference site plan drawings.
