A detailed review of the Leaseholder or their Architect’s proposal submission will be undertaken, focussing on statutory compliance and standards, together with any conditions or stipulations that the specific Freeholder and Property Management Company might have in place.
We will carry out a site inspection to verify the information received and make a recommendation to our client via a clear and comprehensive report. Where necessary, we will carry out periodic inspections of the work to ensure compliance with the Licence.
