Expert Witness

Having been appointed by the Court as Expert Witness on numerous claims and disputes, our Surveyors have built up extensive experience, appointed by the Court to represent both Landlords and Tenants as a Single or Joint Expert Witness. This includes Trials at The Royal Courts of Justice.

Our Expert reports follow the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 which sets out the duties of an Expert and the matters which must be included within an Expert’s report.
