Our main role is to inspect and attend site works progress meetings on behalf of our clients, acting independently of the contractor or developer to protect the interests of purchasers or funders from the initial transaction, scrutiny of the proposed works, contractual agreement and throughout the construction phase of the project. Projects we are involved with range from simple to large scale rooftop developments and external wall fire safety remedial works.
