Contract Administration and Project Management

Our team provides Contract Administration and Project Management services where our clients wish to carry out essential maintenance, refurbishment works, improvements or alterations. We establish a clear brief of their requirements and proposals and offer the necessary results to achieve their goals.

We will prepare a detailed Specification of Works to clearly define and set out exactly what works are required to be included that are clearly broken down for costing.  

We invite controlled competitive tenders from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors, analyse and audit the submissions to present our client with an accurate and robust report and recommendation.

Following the contractor’s appointment under a formal building contract, MM Building Surveyors will administer all works on site, including monitoring of quality, technical queries, cost and time. We check and certify all payments to the contractor and agree the final account with the client and contractor upon completion of the work. We chair and clearly minute all design team and contractor meetings throughout the entire project.
