Cladding and Fire Safety

MM Building Surveyors work closely with specialist Fire Engineers and has developed a long-established relationship, which is hugely beneficial to our clients where specialist fire and cladding related services are required on their buildings.

Due to the recent limitations imposed by Professional Indemnity insurers, many professionals (Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, etc) are precluded from being able to provide professional services. Our relationships mean that, as a team, we are able to provide specialist services such as: Fire Risk Assessment External Wall (FRAEW) surveys and Project Management of internal and external fire safety remedial works (including cladding materials and fire barriers, compartmentation, fire doors and fire alarm systems). We remain the main point of contact for our clients.
